Assistant Project Manager


• Participate in setting and developing policies, strategies, plans, annual budget, and processes for project management to develop project plans, scopes, and objectives, to ensure completion of the projects within time, budget, and scope.
• Project planning and management – defining project tasks and resource requirements, scheduling timelines and deadlines, completing risk assessments, arranging planning and ensuring adequate insurance, delivering all stages of the procurement process from specification and tendering to contract award.
• Work with the Project Manager to effort in the final development of various bid packages,award process, permitting requirements and the baseline project schedule.
• Assist Project Manager with coordination and supervision of all capital projects, ensure contract performance, safety and code compliance and quality control.
• To monitor and evaluate the performance of all management personnel, contractors and subcontractors, regularly meet with service contractors to ensure performance standards are met.
• Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate, and complete.
• Supervising and leading the program and project staff to oversee the impacts and interdependencies between programs and working to ensure initiatives meet the goals and objectives of the executive leadership team.
• Track and evaluate project performance to follow up the progress and solve problems and reporting to Project Manager.
• Responsible on other assigned or ad-hoc responsibilities.


• Bachelor of Civil engineering or related field.
• Age between 32 - 38 years old.
• At least 3 years’ experience in project management.
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere and to collaborate on continuous improvement efforts.
• Be flexible, Analytical thinking, Proactive problem solver, Strong communication skill.
• Good in Negotiation skill, Technical influence skill and presentation skill.
• Excellent communication, team building, resource management and conflict resolution skills.
• High degree of self-motivation and ability to work well with/without direct supervision.
• Able to travel upcountry.
• Proficient in the use of MS. office, MS. Project and AutoCAD.
• Good command of English, TOEIC score 550 (Required).
