Assistant Project Development Manager


  • Providing effective business development leadership to support, motivate and develop staff to ensure the Company operates in a co-ordinated manner to support and achieve corporate objectives and financial targets.
  • Be able to acquire and understand business and market of existing and new business project.
  • Executing/ Assembling/ presenting management proposals to third party owners and negotiating management contracts.
  • Coordinate with all functions in order to get the assigned tasks and specified requirements done on time in order to create trust and respect to customers, colleague, and others including united and cooperation to work as one team.
  • Determines customer requirements by maintaining quarterly correspond to all requirements and/or instructions received from customer within the proper timeline. Meeting with internal concerned department to discuss possible improvements to customer requirement.
  • Following up on leads for project or any business with developers/ banks/ investors.
  • Inspecting properties or business to ensure the standard are being met; evaluating team operations.
  • Developing and implementing business plan to drive business growth.
  • Managing delegated budgets and contribute to the corporate budget setting through the service planning processes, identifying income generation opportunities and bringing forward proposals for variation.
  • Coaching, Training and helping team members develop their skills by group discussion activities, setting on the job training, assigning the tasks, knowledge sharing and internal & external training.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil engineering
  • 7 years of direct work experience in sales, strategies or business development.
  • Demonstrates ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve business target.
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, planning, account or business developing and time management with strong knowledge in sales principle, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to conduct presentations.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Experience in MS Office functions.
  • Some travel may be required, and overtime as required.
  • Good command of English (both reading and writing skills) TOEIC score 550 or above.
