Financial Analyst - 9 Element Co., Ltd.

Responsibilities:

• To construct the financial model and feasibility study.
• Perform market research, company analysis, and valuation comps.
• Analyze financial data – and develop various types of financial models (e.g. M&A, project finance, real estate investment etc.) for decision support.
• Perform various valuation methods: comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
• Work closely with the finance and accounting department to ensure financial result of the project is align with the projections.
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
• Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda,management presentations and pitchbooks.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the field of business analysis, forecasting, and financial feasibility study.
• Good analysis skill.
• Be flexible, teamwork oriented and good problems solving skill.
• Good command of English and computer literacy.
• English literacy Speaking, Writing and Reading TOEIC score 550 or above (Required).
