Administrative Officer


  • Responsible for office administrative tasks
  • Department operation support, organize department meeting, reserve meeting room, car arrangement, hotel booking, messenger
  • Inform and notify maintenance team for office equipment repair and general office related repair and follow up the repair processes
  • Be responsible for maintaining day to day administrative to meet department requirements and support office operations
  • Other tasks as assigned.


  • Male or Female between 22-27 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related.
  • Good personality and service-minded.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft office, Email, Internet).
  • Good command of English (both reading and writing skills) TOEIC score 550 or above.
