Contract Holder – Sea Oil Plc.
Responsibilities:
- Understand project’s inquiry and scope of services to support customer needs.
- Coordinate with operations and related departments to understand costs and expenses of each project.
- Prepare and support document as specified by customer for biding at the specified time.
- Act as a focal point between customers and other departments to ensure smoothly service under contract with consistently good standards.
- Detail oriented and make sure related departments to acknowledge and implement completely.
- Manage weekly report, monthly report to customers as specified in the contract.
- Resolve problems in efficiently time and reported to customers for acknowledgment.
Qualification:
- Male or Female, no age limit.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Food Sciences or related fields.
- 3-5 years up experience in Catering Service or related.
- Experience in Contract Management.
- Good command in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power point.
- Good negotiation skill.
- Detail Oriented.
- Good command in English.
